Richard Adams has worked with startups from conception through to Series C, managed and scaled technical teams (from 2 to 50+).
He is currently advising 3 startups in the AI, Machine Vision and 3D graphics industries with a focus on technical strategy, technology selection, recruitment and product market fit.
Richard has a wide array of experience in supporting tech businesses at this crucial stage of development, most recently working with the Brighton-based company called dragonfly.AI with whom he has worked as an advisor from when they were a team of two through two their current situation where they employ approximately 35 people, including a technical / engineering / development team of seven.
